1. Cancellation Policy

Youbettr ( A unit of Kawatra Nutra Pvt. Ltd. ) believes in offering a seamless experience to our customers. We have a customer-friendly cancellation policy designed to be fair and transparent.

• Before Dispatch: Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the shipment is handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.

• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect a fraudulent transaction or one that violates our website’s terms of use. Such cancellations may occur with or without prior notification.

Upon successful cancellation, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days.

2. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

At Youbettr, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange window.

Return Window:

• You can raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving your delivery.

• In the case of defective or damaged products, the request must also be raised within 5 days of receipt.

Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

1. Contact Support: Email us at youbettr@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID and the reason for the return. Please attach a clear image/video of the product showing the Batch Number and the Invoice.

3. Pickup: Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 4–7 business days.

4. Verification: Refunds or replacements will only be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Conditions where Returns are NOT accepted:

• Products returned without original packaging, including outer boxes, price tags, or freebies.

• If the product’s serial/batch number is tampered with or the composition is altered.

• Requests initiated after 30 business days from the delivery date.

• Items provided as "Free Gifts" by Youbettr.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

Every shipment at Youbettr undergoes a rigorous quality check. However, if your product is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item:

• Follow the steps above to notify us within 5 days.

• For leakage or physical damage, please provide a video/photo of the spillage on the inner and outer packaging.

• For tampered seals, provide clear images showing the broken seal before the product was used.

• Once approved, a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund will be processed.

4. Loyalty Points & Vouchers

• Youbettr Credits/Vouchers: Discount vouchers and loyalty points are intended for one-time use. If you cancel an order where a voucher was applied, the voucher will be considered "used" and cannot be reinstated.

5. Refund Timeline & Process

Once your return is verified at our warehouse (usually within 2-5 days of receipt):

• Card/Net Banking: Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 2–5 business days. It may take an additional 2-3 days to reflect in your statement.

• COD (Cash on Delivery): We will require your bank details via email. The transfer will be completed within 2–5 days of receiving both the product and your banking information.

• Store Credit: You also have the option to receive your refund as Youbettr Coupons, which can be used instantly for future purchases.
